CDA Park Enclave Phase 3 New Booking Prices, Location and Ballot Details

Bookings are open for general public including overseas Pakistanis till 17th September, 2020. Brochures and application forms can be obtained from designated bank branches of MCB, UBL, HBL, Askari Bank across Pakistan and CDA One Window Directorate on payment of PKR 10,000/- (non-refundable).
Application forms can be submitted at the designated bank branches along with the following documents:
- Original Application Form
- Attested copy of CNIC
- 2 Photographs (3.5×3.5 cm)
- Pay order of 10% down payment in favor of “Capital Development Authority, Islamabad” (refundable to unsuccessful applicants)

Following are the prices of residential plots:
If you come out successful in the ballot, you will need to pay the remaining amount according the the given schedule:
- 20% amount within 3 months of the date of issuance of intimation letter.
- 25% amount within 6 months of the date of issuance of intimation letter.
- 25% amount within 12 months of the date of issuance of intimation letter.
- 20% amount at the time of handover of possession.
In case of failure in the ballot, 10% down payment will be refunded to the applicant through bank draft within 45 days of the ballot.

Computerized ballot of all submitted applications will be held at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad on 24th September 2020.
