CDA Cancels NOC of Jinnah Gardens Housing Scheme Phase 2 Islamabad
Capital Development Authority has withdrawn the layout plan approval of Jinnah Gardens Housing Scheme Phase 2 Islamabad. The cancellation of NOC resulted from the failure of sponsors to fulfill the terms and conditions of CDA. The sponsors of Jinnah Gardens Phase 2 failed to complete the prerequisites to obtain the NOC from CDA ever after the lapse of 6 years.
The society is located on Islamabad Highway in Zone 5. It is a project of Federal Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (FECHS), which has already developed phase 1 of Jinnah Gardens successfully where possessions have been given to allottees. Property prices in Jinnah Gardens Phase 1 are also high and it is considered to be a good investment opportunity.
There are many advertisements coming in newspapers and the internet for the buying and selling of plots in Jinnah Gardens Phase 2. General public is investing heavily in this scheme due to low prices and successful completion of Phase 1. Phase 2 of Jinnah Gardens is located on Kahuta Road, Zone 5, Islamabad.
CDA has warned general public to stay away from making any investment in this scheme until the sponsors follow CDA guidelines to obtain NOC for its layout plan. CDA has also warned the sponsors to stop development in Phase 2 immediately and refrain from advertising this project.
