Cantt View Lodges offers these ultra luxury apartments on 3 years installment plan. Bookings start from just about 4% down payment, while confirmation, allocation & start of work payments of 4% each will follow. Remaining amount will be payable in 36 monthly & 6 half yearly installments, while some amount will be payable at each phase of construction.
About 65% amount is payable to the builder in cash, while about 35% loan will be included in the payment plan. The loan amount will be payable to the concerned financial institution as and when required.
