Bahria Town Karachi has published a notification of revised transfer fee for all of its projects including old bookings of plots, homes and apartments, new bookings of ali block, quaid villas, midway commercial, bahria heights and golf city. This decision may affect the number of transfers as cost of purchase will increase with these revised transfer charges.
Following is the list of revised transfer charges applicable from 15th December 2015:
This increase in transfer fees can reduce the number of transfers as this will add to the overall cost of purchase, therefore bahria town must reconsider its decision in order to keep the trading alive in Bahria Town Karachi.
