Naval Anchorage Karachi Coming Up Soon – Prelaunch Sales Begin
Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association has reportedly launched dealer quota files of 500 SQY plots of Naval Anchorage Karachi. Few dealers have started pre-launch sale of Naval Anchorage Karachi plots in the market, but there is no official word about this new housing venture. Dealers are receiving 20% token amount now, while remaining amount will be payable after issuance of forms.
Naval Anchorage Karachi is said to be planned on Super Highway near DHA City Karachi. The M-9 Motorway up to Hyderabad is going to house a large chunk of population from Karachi and suburban areas over the next 10 to 15 years, as major housing developments are being carried out along the highway including Bahria Town, DHA City and ASF Housing Scheme.
Following is the payment plan of 500 SQY dealer quota files of Naval Anchorage Karachi:
Total Price: 35 Lacs
Token: 7 Lacs
Remaining: 28 Lacs payable within 45 days after issuance of forms
It will be a long term investment opportunity considering the proposed location, however short term gains will depend on the volume of files being sold in the market and given plot prices. The launching strategy seems to be the same as we observed when Naval Anchorage Gwadar was launched, and dealer quota files were floated in the market before official launch.
