The society offers different sizes of residential and commercial plots on 3 years installment plan. Residential plot sizes include 125 SQY, 250 SQY and 500 SQY, whereas commercial plot sizes include 100 SQY, 200 SQY and 400 SQY. The developers charge 20,000 registration and processing fee at the time of booking of each plot, so you have to pay 30% down payment + registration fee in order to reserve your plot at Jamal City Gwadar.

Same payment schedule applies to the commercial plots, i.e. 30% down payment and remaining amount to pay in 12 equal quarterly installments. Additional 10% charges will apply on booking of main road facing, park facing and corner plots. Moreover, 5% discount is offered on full upfront payment of plot at the time of booking.
