Gulberg Islamabad Market and Price Update for January 2015

Current situation is quite positive as development work is speeding up towards completion in various blocks of Gulberg Greens and Gulberg Residencia.

Apartments have been launched for IB employees, which are non-transferable for 10 years, but if you purchase the file from any IB employee and pay full amount in advance to the society, it can be transferred to your name.

Location of apartments will be close to initial blocks where some area is kept as reserved area for future use.

Investors have started purchasing plots in all blocks of Residencia, since they perceive the market prices will improve after the revised map comes out and new bookings are launched at higher prices.
