DHA Notice Regarding Successful Members of DHA Homes
Defence Housing Authority Islamabad has rolled out a public notice regarding conversion of open allotment certificates of DHA Homes (Lily Block) into provisional allotment letters. It has been about 2 years since the homes were allotted through a re-ballot, but many owners have still not converted their certificates into allotment letters, let alone applying for possession.
DHA has handed over possession of 5 marla and 8 marla houses in Lily Sector of DHA Valley already, and some families have started living in their homes right after the possessions.

DHA had conducted re-ballot of DHA Homes (located in DHA Valley) on 07 June 2017, and the whole master plan of dha homes was changed. The project was divided into 2 different sectors, i.e. Lily Block & Oleander Block.

New home numbers were given only to those who had paid their installments on time without incurring any surcharge on their accounts statement. Lily homes are built-up and ready for possession, while Oleander Homes are still under construction.
According to this new notice, DHA has requested all successful home owners of DHA Homes Lily Sector to convert their certificates into provisional allotment letters and take possession of their homes after clearance of dues latest by 31st May 2019. In case of non-compliance to this notice, DHA reserves the right to cancel the new allotment through re-ballot.
