Coast Way Residency is a newly launched well-located housing scheme in Gwadar port city by Coast Way Builders & Developers. It is a GDA approved housing scheme with category B NOC # 70/07/HS/GDA/B. It offers different sizes of residential and commercial plots at low prices with flexible payment plan.

Introduction

Coast Way Residency is a small housing project planned on 100 acres of land in Mouza Chatti Shumali near Gwadar West Bay (PADI ZARR). It is owned by Coast Way Builders & Developers, and marketed by The Great Marketing. The development task is assigned to Time Group (pvt) Limted, while Projection Consultant Plus serves as the architect.

Coast Way Residency is planned to be a modern housing development, which offers both residential and commercial opportunities to the future residents of Gwadar. Due to its location very close to the sea, and easy access through Baluchistan Broadway, the project is gaining attention of property investors as a valuable investment venue.

The society offers 125 SQY, 250 SQY and 400 SQY residential plots, as well as 100 SQY and 200 SQY commercial plots at very prime locations on main commercial roads of Gwadar i.e. Baluchistan Broadway and Kech Avenue.

Society Location

Coast Way Residency is ideally located in Mouza Chatti Shumali which lies close to Gwadar West Bay. The main artery of Gwadar, i.e. Balochistan Broadway, passes through the society which gives it an edge over neighboring housing projects. It also lies in close proximity to Gwadar Beach, hence it is one of the most well-placed housing projects in Gwadar.

Another main artery, KECH Avenue also passes through the society land, therefore the society has planned commercials on these main roads of Gwadar i.e. Balochistan Broadway and Kech Avenue to leverage the commercial benefits of their location.

As you can see on the map above, the society is divided into three blocks i.e. Block 1, Block 2 and Block 3. Balochistan Broadway and Kech Avenue separate one block from the other. Large spaces have been reserved for amenities as well as a graveyard in block 3.

Plot Prices

Coast Way Residential offers the following plot sizes:

Residential Plots: 125 SQY (5 marla), 250 SQY (10 Marla) and 400 SQY (16 Marla)

Commercial Plots: 100 SQY (4 Marla) and 200 SQY (8 Marla)

The society offers plots at reasonable prices with 3 year installments plan comprising monthly and semi-annual easy installments for both types, i.e. residential and commercial. Bookings start from 10% down payment, while 10% confirmation and 10% allocation charges follow immediately, remaining amount is payable through easy installments.

Commercial plots on Balochistan Broadway are priced double than those located on Kech Avenue, however installment plan and period is the same for both categories.

Booking Procedure

Whether you are in Pakistan or abroad, if you hold the CNIC of Pakistan, you are eligible to book plots in Coast Way Residency Gwadar.

The procedure to book a plot is very simple, as explained below:

  • Download the Application Form
  • Take Print of the Form
  • Fill in Necessary Details with Required Plot Type, Size and Category
  • Attach CNIC Copy of Applicant and Next of Kin
  • Attach Two Recent Passport Size Photos of Applicant
  • Make Pay Order for Down Payment in Favor of Coast Way Builders & Developers
  • Submit the documents and payment to confirm your booking
